About Us
Stronger Together Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Brighton, Tennessee, serving communities across West Tennessee. We provide hope, mentorship, reentry support, resources, and practical assistance to vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals and families.
Our organization offers mentorship for youth and adults in the general community, along with reentry support for individuals returning from incarceration. Through nonclinical support services, resource connection, and practical help, we work to strengthen lives and build healthier communities.
We also provide food assistance, clothing support, hygiene supplies, senior outreach, and other community based programs that meet everyday needs with compassion and purpose. Guided by faith and service, we believe that when people come together, lives are uplifted and communities grow stronger.
Mission
Our mission is to bring hope, restore dignity, and strengthen communities by providing mentorship, reentry support, essential resources, and compassionate nonclinical support services to individuals and families across West and Middle Tennessee. Through mentorship for youth and adults, support for individuals returning from incarceration, and practical assistance including food, clothing, hygiene care, senior outreach, and resource connection, we strive to meet immediate needs while helping people move toward lasting stability and hope.

We envision lives being strengthened through mentorship, reentry support, compassion, and practical help, while vulnerable and disadvantaged populations are treated with dignity, care, and respect.
