Stronger Together Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Brighton, Tennessee, serving communities across West Tennessee. We bring hope, resources, and support to those in need through food, clothing, hygiene, youth, and senior programs. Guided by faith and compassion, we believe that by working together, we can build stronger, brighter communities for all.

Our mission is to bring hope, restore dignity, and strengthen communities by providing essential resources and compassionate support to individuals and families across West Tennessee. Through food assistance, clothing, hygiene care, youth mentoring, and senior outreach, we strive to meet both immediate needs while building lasting change, because together we are stronger.
Vision
Our vision is to create a community where every individual has access to basic needs, support, and opportunity. A place where compassion unites people, hope is restored, and lives are transformed. We believe in building a brighter future by standing together in faith, love, and service.
