About Us
Stronger Together Outreach is a Brighton-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving communities across West and Middle Tennessee. We are driven by a singular mission: to intercept community crises and help individuals build stable, healthy, and purpose-filled lives.

We recognize that true restoration requires moving beyond immediate relief to long-term community sustainability. That is why we provide vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals with a vital combination of practical support, active mentorship, and direct resource access.

Our primary focus is Reentry Support. We know that successful reintegration demands more than just a second chance—it requires consistent, positive relationships. We help individuals returning from incarceration rebuild their lives through nonclinical mentorship, life skills development, and practical guidance.

Beyond reentry, our community mentorship programs empower youth and adults to grow in confidence and personal responsibility. Coupled with our mobile food distribution, essential clothing support, and dedicated senior outreach, we work urgently to reduce systemic hardship.

Stronger Together Outreach serves youth, adults, seniors, and individuals returning from incarceration by intercepting immediate crises and transitioning that relief into long-term growth. Whether through our nonclinical mentorship, food and clothing assistance, hygiene care, or dedicated senior outreach, our goal is to ensure every person we serve feels seen, valued, and fully equipped to navigate their next chapter.
