Through food assistance, outreach programs, and acts of kindness, we're helping to restore hope, rebuild stability, and create brighter futures across West and Middle Tennessee.
Welcome
Stronger Together Outreach is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Brighton, Tennessee, proudly serving communities across West and Middle Tennessee. Our mission is to provide hope, mentorship, reentry support, resources, and practical assistance to vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals and families.​

Our Mentorship Program serves youth and adults throughout the community, offering encouragement, guidance, life skills support, and meaningful connection. Our Reentry Program provides nonclinical support services for individuals returning from incarceration through mentorship, resource help, and practical support that encourages stability and positive reintegration.

Through food assistance, clothing drives, hygiene support, senior outreach, and other outreach efforts, we work to meet real needs in real ways. At Stronger Together Outreach, we believe that when compassion and purpose come together, lives are uplifted, families are strengthened, and communities grow stronger.
